IVLP Alumna Fabiola Tito is leading the 2019 Inspira Program in Sucre. She has brought together alumni from different programs and backgrounds to collaborate on diverse projects.
The overarching goal of the Inspira Program is to strengthen recently established alumni networks throughout Bolivia. In this second Inspira cycle, we will increase interaction, improve alumni participation in their own cities, and bolster network independence and sustainability.
